¡¡How should the barman be !!
As with many other professions, the professional must have an excellent knowledge of goods and services, an important practical experience and a positive personality to develop his style in the best possible way.
With knowledge and practice you get a security that is decisive for the purpose of the job. Security allows a precise and polite service. Personal care is very important for the good development of the aforementioned conditions. Problems - who doesn't have any? - should be left at home. It is said "... that no one is so poor as not to be able to give a smile ...."; those who come to spend some time in the room like to relax and be surrounded by people who are working - but with serenity ....... ......continues ....
