Hi everyone, my name is Sergio, I started at the age of twenty doing my experiences as a waiter for three to four years in high-level restaurants. Then, realizing that my seat was behind a bar counter, I moved on to learn the basic rules to be a good bartender in a fantastic world helped by excellent masters that I was lucky enough to meet. Piero, Guido and Italo will always remember them. Now I find myself here wanting to explain something to you, with my way of seeing, about my spectacular experience that has lasted for a lifetime.

I have been living in Spain for a long time, a fantastic corner of the sea on the Almeria coast-San Juan de los Terreros-, and managing a restaurant (Trifula cocktail bar trattoria) requires a lot of effort but I gladly steal time from work, to continue building the site.
