Bibliography...
....and a small personal collection of books on the world of bars to study by heart to be a good barman.
I state that they are purely personal choices not dictated by forms of advertising or interest of any kind but are the milestones for the study of the profession of bartender in Italy.

A fundamental basis for starting to study.

Another important study book, published in 1987 by the famous AIBES bartenders Mauro Marini and Peppino Manzi. The first edition was accompanied by videotapes on the various topics of the book. I wish you to be able to find it.
The first cover of the copy I have was like this.
El libro del bar y los cocteles

I don't know if an Italian translation exists for this fantastic book, almost an encyclopedia of alcoholic beverages, but it is excellent. To be studied in depth for the product categories used at the bar.
For those who want to learn more about room and bar service techniques, very important things, can consult this site online http://www.salabar.it e anche questo http://www.horecatraining.it
don't forget to have a look at http://www.bar.it is very interesting and do not forget the authoritative (in my opinion) and historical association of AIBES and its official magazine http://www.bartales.it
To start getting an idea of the barman's work, this book is also very interesting and simple, however, since I live in Spain I don't know if there is an Italian translation.
