Supported by my mother and my sister I was able, by making a lot of debts to open the ¨TRE VIRTU - Moment night - ¨ on August 12, 1990. I was thirty years old and I was able to fulfill a dream that I had been carrying inside for many years. After three months of studies and drawings on how to do it (helped by the architect Nico who later became a dear friend) I managed to open this classic-modern style restaurant that would then leave its mark in the area for several years.
However, I did not realize that that was not the ARRIVAL but the DEPARTURE.
The departure understood in the sense of having to create the tour, try to pay the debts and understand the psychology of the customers to get them to arrive in a remote place on the hills of Monferrato and not conveniently located perhaps in some city center.
